Returns and Refunds

At LumeHaus, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully to understand our practices regarding returns, replacements, and cancellations.

Returns

  • All returns must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Please include an unboxing video with your return request to ensure the item's condition is documented.

Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged product, an unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package to file a replacement claim.
  • In case of any damage, we will replace the product or the necessary part to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
  • If a package has been packed and shipped, it will be treated as a return order if cancelled, and two-way shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Approval & Store Credit

  • All return requests must be approved before processing.
  • If eligible, reward points will be credited to your LumeHaus account.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, calculated based on our delivery partner's actual costs.
  • We offer store credits for exchanged or returned items. Credits are available instantly upon receiving the returned items and can be used for future purchases.

Non-Eligible Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or size issues.
  • Please review product specifications and details carefully before placing an order.
